You MUST get out and also vote for the all important Congressional elections so we can TAKE BACK AMERICA. Believe it or not it’s nearly a “dead heat” where the Senate is concerned. I honestly never used to be this politically opinionated. Hard to believe I’m sure for all the liberal folks that have un-friended me over the last 6 years. I never even had this blog until Covid hit and I started being censored by Facebook. I LOVE a good, honest, civil debate because I hope to learn something new or view an issue from a different angle. Civil debate though has become EXTINCT. I always welcome civil comments and discussion but I’m not even SLIGHTLY kidding when I say that all I’ve ever gotten from those with viewpoints different than mine is name calling, belittling, gaslighting and diversion from the topic I wrote about.
I’m not some raving, radical, right-wing lunatic as I have been called. I’ve admitted that I am racist in many ways because of the environment I grew up in. I’ve made honest efforts to recognize those old thoughts and change my ingrained thought processes. That’s the best I can do. I never owned any slaves, didn’t grow up on a plantation and try to treat everyone on their own merits ….. not by race. How about this one, all you folks that call me a “deplorable”, MAGA maniac or “old middle aged white man”……..I VOTED FOR OBAMA ……TWICE!! Why? Because I had enough of the smarmy, sneaky, power hungry Clintons. I deplored the treatment that Republicans, particularly gave to Obama in his first term. They never gave him a chance. So I gave him my vote out of fairness to accomplish something. He called it “Change” and “Hope”. Sadly he delivered on neither. I was in favor of Health Care Reform even as a physician because I believe no one should go broke getting treated. But Obama sold out to “big pharma” and other lobbyists and was simply in my opinion one more political hack and phony.
Don’t even get me started on George W. Bush. Prior to Biden he was one of the dumbest men I’ve ever seen rise to their supreme potential of incompetence. He put us in a war with Iraq, a country who had very little to do with 9/11 killing thousands of young American serviceman and innocent civilians.
I’m not going to get into my opinion of Trump’s social skills beyond saying that I wish he would just STFU. If he could have done that, America would be in a much better place than where this utterly demented old politician Biden has put us. If Trump does manage to become President again there is a part of me that thinks it’s simply karma happening to all the liberal lunatics that are successfully dismantling every facet of what made America the greatest nation in the world for better and sometimes for worse.
So where does America currently stand and why are the mid-term elections so important? Well, most of America’s policy and direction are created by Congress. The House of Representatives where states have reps proportional to their population and The Senate….where each state gets two. An amazing check and balance that the writers of the Constitution came up with. Congress is the group of people that are SUPPOSED to be looking out for you and I and VOTING THE WAY WE WANT THEM TO. Well that somehow disappeared! Instead they now vote the way those who hold the purse strings for their re-election bid want them to! Do you know who that group is? It’s who Trump referred to as “THE SWAMP”! And trust me…..there are almost as many career Republicans who would love for Trump to disappear as well!
So it’s Congress that is spending all our money on free loan money, government bail-outs, promoting electric vehicles, trying to fix the environment with more dollars, telling you pretty much what you should be doing, where and how. Liberals seem to LOVE that recipe. Me……nope……I prefer “state rights” as much as possible and how the Constitution framed it. I want my representatives to REPRESENT me and if I’m in a true minority than so be it. Most of all STOP LYING TO ME. I’m not stupid and I practically scream at the TV every time that utter moron Kamala feeds me some word salad most recently saying just last night: “the borders are secure”. Or Obama telling me that America is lucky to have Joe biden as President.
We have the WORST economy in 50 years, the WORST border insecurity with 2 million illegals already crossing during Biden. We have/had the HIGHEST gas prices EVER, We have liberals who think the Constitution is “outdated”, We have liberals that want to be able to kill their babies up to the minute of their birth. We have liberals that want us to all wear masks and get useless vaccines and carry vaccine “passports”. We have liberals that want to arm IRS agent with the same guns they want to ban!! Inflation is the highest it’s ever been in 50 years!!
So there you go. Make your choices in November. Thank GOD I don’t have children growing up in this insanity. It’s not too late to TAKE BACK AMERICA. Unfortunately even if the Republicans take the House and Senate I’m still not terribly optimistic. America isn’t going to be saved by them…….just like every other time in history it will be saved by the common folk like you and I. REMEMBER THAT! The hand-outs need to end and America needs to get off it’s lazy ass and make it GREAT AGAIN. And if you don’t know what that means ….than YOU are likely the racist whose skin color is more important to you than the country that was ONCE the world’s shining light.
BTW…..I still welcome some debate with you Biden supporters to tell me what’s so much better now??!!
