Do Vaccine Mandates Violate the Nuremberg Code of Research Ethics?

The Nuremberg Trials

You’ve probably never heard of the Nuremberg Code. But hopefully you know something about the Nuremberg Trials which were a series of 13 trials carried out in Nuremberg, Germany between 1945 and 1949. The defendants included high ranking Nazi party members, industrialists, lawyers and doctors for crimes against humanity. Many were sentenced to death by hanging and some given long prison sentences.

Josef Mengele

One of the trials was the U.S. vs. Karl Brandt, et al, which included 23 defendants, 20 of whom were doctors and the other 3 Nazi officials. They were charged with  human experimentation and mass murder under the guise of euthanasia. Joseph Mengele, the Angel of Death, who did many experiments at Auschwitz including his infamous “twins studies” escaped to Brazil and never was tried.

The history of the “Code” actually goes all the way back to the mid 1920’s.  German physicians were usually proponents of “racial hygiene” an approach to “eugenics” which is defined as ” a set of beliefs and practices that aim to improve the genetic quality of a human population, historically by excluding people and groups judged to be inferior or promoting those judged to be superior.” The use of racial hygiene was supported by the German government in order to promote an Aryan race. Many of the public and physician groups were critical of this belief and the German government issued “Guidelines for New Therapy and Human Experimentation“. The guidelines were based on the welfare of research participants  and the concept of “first do no harm” but also stressed legal doctrine of informed consent. The guidelines allowed administration without consent only in dire situations. These guidelines were negated by Adolf Hitler and by 1942 there were more than 38,000 German physicians carrying out over 3,500,000 involuntary sterilizations of those thought to be “inferior”. They also killed thousands with euthanasia.

In 1947 the initial draft of the Code was called “the Memorandum”, which stated explicit voluntary consent from patients was required for human experimentation and was mainly based on the tenets of The Hippocratic Oath. Ultimately it was revised to being known as “The Code” and was composed of the following 10 points which I’ve edited for simplicity:

  1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress,  overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or COERCION.
  2. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
  3. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
  4. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
  5. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
  6. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
  7. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
  8. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
  9. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

So the question becomes, do VACCINE MANDATES violate the Nuremberg Code? I believe that there are three key points here to consider. They are INFORMED CONSENT, the “even remote possibility of injury, disability or death” and the current “knowledge of the natural history of the disease“. The Covid vaccine is probably the LEAST tested medical treatment in history before it was distributed to millions around the world. I’m not interested in a debate about its effectiveness and whether it has reduced mortality. I believe it has in many instances. I’m interested in PERSONAL LIBERTY and making your own decision about what you do to YOUR BODY! No intelligent person can make the argument that almost EVERYTHING about this “vaccine” is experimental. We KNOW there have been unexplained deaths after administration as well as side effects that can include myocarditis, clotting abnormalities and probably ADE (antibody dependent enhancement) in some cases. Lastly it’s clear that the CDC (Center for Disease Confusion) and Fauci are clueless in their “knowledge of the natural history of the disease“. We know that the mortality rate of children is virtually non-existent. There were only about 2 months of clinical trials done in 5-12 year old children. The fact that there were parents who subjected their children to those trials is ASTOUNDING to me….but that’s a topic for another day. In my opinion vaccine mandates CLEARLY violate the Nuremberg Code.

So what have legal experts have to say? Well they say that because the FDA has APPROVED the vaccines, they aren’t EXPERIMENTAL. Well that makes me feel better….not. If they are not experimental why are there ONGOING clinical trials INCLUDING children from 6 months to 5 years old? The other argument is that those that refuse the vaccine can “go work somewhere else”…..but then isn’t that COERCION as stated in point #1 of the Code?? Bottom line is that vaccine mandates are just one more infringement on our FREEDOM OF CHOICE. What ever happened to it being “MY BODY, MY CHOICE the relentless chant of those on the Left when it comes to killing fetuses right up to the moment of birth??

My respect for those out there refusing the vaccine mandates even when it means losing your job and livelihood. This is a government OUT OF CONTROL! Remember….It’s later than you think! Keep reading and sharing!!
